Never Too Much Chocolate
Shavonne Fair is the owner of Hybrid Bakery. She has always had an affinity for baking, starting as a little girl with her fathers. Every year her father would make her a cheesecake and stepfather would make her a cake. They made her realize the love & importance of having cake for a celebration.
She started her first job at Cupcake Heaven in high school as a counter person but her love for baking took over. Hosting kids birthday parties and showing them how to make icing, turned into spending time with the main baker to absorb as much as she could. Life put baking on hold until 2015.
Our Gluten-Free desserts are created with those in mind who still want to celebrate their life without the worry of gluten intolerance, Celiac disease and the change in lifestyle. We create tempting flavors for the community so their options are never frozen or limited.
