Meet The Owner
The owner of Hybrid Bakery, Shavonne Fair has always had an affinity for baking, starting as a young girl alongside her father and stepfather. Every year her father would make her a cheesecake, and her stepfather would make her a cake. They helped her realize the importance of having cake for a celebration. In high school, she began working at Cupcake Heaven as a counterperson, and her love of baking took over.

Hybrid Bakery is a gourmet bakery that specializes in unique flavor combinations and gluten-free and vegan temptations. We chose the name Hybrid Bakery because we're experts at combining various elements to create irresistible baked goods--those for the traditional foodie and those for our gluten-free and vegan patrons. We believe you shouldn't have to compromise flavor to maintain your diet and lifestyle. Each item offered on our menu can be vegan, and we boast a number of gluten-free and sugar-free treats.
