Our Bakery

Hybrid Bakery is a gourmet bakery that specializes in unique flavor combinations and gluten-free and vegan temptations. We chose the name Hybrid Bakery because we're experts at combining various elements to create irresistible baked goods--those for the traditional foodie and those for our gluten-free and vegan patrons. We believe you shouldn't have to compromise flavor to maintain your diet and lifestyle. Each item offered on our menu can be vegan, and we boast a number of gluten-free and sugar-free treats.

 

Our Products

Each week we offer FTW (Flavor of the Week) to keep our menu exciting for repeat customers. Each FTW is offered just once per year! But, if you fall in love with it, we're happy to create a custom order just for you.

Our rewards program also allows for repeat customers and birthday members to receive rewards for their loyalty.

Each of our products can also be customized as other dessert options. For example, love the flavor of our Iffy Tiffy Cookie, but want to try it as a different baked good? Contact us, and we'll make it happen.

Our Family

The owner of Hybrid Bakery, Shavonne Fair has always had an affinity for baking, starting as a little girl with her father and stepfather. 

She started her first job at Cupcake Heaven in high school as a counterperson, and that's when her love of baking took off. Shavonne began hosting kids' birthday parties where she'd teach them how to make icing, and offer cakes and cupcakes for their enjoyment.

In 2015, the Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz Carlton Naples took a chance on Shavonne, even though she had no formal culinary training. While there, she learned everything she could about gourmet and fine dining desserts, quality ingredients, large production, and presentation. She then moved on to become a Bakery Supervisor for Lucky's Market, cultivating her skills with commercial baking, ordering, and leadership.  With a total of 11 years of baking & dreaming of her own business, she finally opened Hybrid Bakery to create fulfilling desserts for everyone.
