Hybrid Bakery is a gourmet bakery that specializes unique flavor combinations and vegan temptations. We combine various elements to create eclectic options of delectable baked goods, one for the traditional foodie and one for the vegan lover. We believe you shouldn't have to compromise flavor for your lifestyle. Each item offered on our non conventional menu can also be a vegan option. With gluten free and sugar free treats just as tempting, it makes us all inclusive.




Every week, there is a featured FTW    (Flavor of The Week) that keeps everyone coming back. All FTW will only come around once a year. And of course, it can be custom ordered. Our rewards program FW(H)B allows for repeat and birthday members to receive a free item (10$ value) for their loyalty after each 7 purchases. 

Each everyday balance flavor can also be translated into other dessert options. IE: You dont prefer our Iffy Tiffy cookie (but I mean who doesnt?), each dessert flavor profile can be made as an additional type of dessert instead.

Shavonne Fair is the owner of Hybrid Bakery. She has always had an affinity for baking, starting as a little girl with her fathers. Every year her father would make her a cheesecake and stepfather would make her a cake. The made her realize the love & importance of having cake for a celebration. 

She started her first job at Cupcake Heaven in high school as a counter person but her love for baking took over. Hosting kids birthday parties and showing them how to make icing, turned into spending time with the main baker to absorb as much as she could. Life put baking on hold until 2015.

The Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz Carlton Naples took a chance on her with no culinary training or background. During her life changing experience she learned everything she could about gourmet and fine dining desserts, quality ingredients, large production and presentation. She then moved onto become a Bakery Supervisor for Lucky's Market, cultivating her skills with commercial baking, ordering and leadership.

With a total of 9 years of baking & dreaming of her own, she has finally opened Hybrid Bakery to create fulfilling desserts for everyone.
